Ana is an International Trainer in Coaching and NLP. Her path started in 2003 in London, where she stepped into the wonders of the training world, while she was studying International Relations and Developmental studies. She now delivers trainings in organisations and universities in a few countries. She is multilingual although she mainly leads in English and Spanish. Among her qualifications one can find that she is a highly recognised NLP trainer by John Grinder (creator of NLP), a coach by the Co-active Training Institute (CTI), a systemic facilitator by the Organisation and Relationships Systems Coaching (ORSC) and a Practitioner in Generative Trance by Stephen Gilligan, among others. She is also acreddited as a PCC by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She is the official coach of the Spanish Kyokushin Karate National Team and travels with them around the world, working on achieving high performance states and enjoying every minute of that adventure. She lived 20 years in many different countries and in 2009 she set sail on a boat expedition which lasted four years (from Australia to Alaska), which she happily jokes is the single thing in her bio that awakens more curiosity.

A former banker for over 25 years, Tom’s executive experiences include – Chief General Manager (CEO) of Gulf Bank in Kuwait, Chief Operating Officer of RHB Bank in Malaysia, Regional Head of Asia for National Australia Bank, AIG in Hong Kong and Vice President for Citibank in the United States. These C-Suite experiences help Tom successfully coach senior executives from various industries to make a profound difference. Having acquired an acute understanding of organizational issues and cultural nuance in multi-cultural environments, Thomas has successfully coached many senior executives with career challenges and transitions.
Raised in Shanghai, educated in Hong Kong, England and United States, Thomas earned his BSc in Mathematics from Columbia University/University of San Francisco and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. In coaching, he is PCC certified with ICF, Accredited CSA Supervisor; Dare to Lead Facilitator, NLP Trainer (Grinder, Bostic, Carroll, 2007) and many Leadership and Profiling assessment instruments and tools. He is also a Board Member ICF Ethics Independent Review Board at ICF International.

Since 2005, I have coached, mentored and helped over 8000 women and men globally to start their businesses and thrive in the process.

I am a NLP Trainer, Award winning Keynote International Speaker, Performance Strategist, Business Coach, Hypnotherapist, Body Language Expert, to name but a few. A wealth creation and leadership specialist, I helped co-create Momentum Method – a set of tools designed for the 21st century living and beyond, covering wealth creation, leadership, wellbeing and thriving relationships.
I am a Bestselling author of Gaining While Losing – The Gentle Art of Transformation, a book in which I write about my 44kg weight loss and subsequent growth of my business. In addition, I am a co-author of 50 Inspiring Voices of Migrant Women – From Struggle to Success
In 2014, I was shortlisted for the Trainer of the Year Award, by the British APCTC (Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants). In September 2017 I was shortlisted for the prestigious award Woman Inspiration 2017 UK. In December 2017 I received an award in the British Houses of Parliament for my contribution and services in career and working with migrant women. In June 2018 I was listed among 33 successful women entrepreneurs in the ex-Yu region.
After over a decade in the world of the international investment banking, I decided to leave the corporate world to pursue my many passions. I was born in Eastern Europe, I live in Western Europe and I work across the globe.

Andrea Frausin operates as a performance and behavioral specialist since 1997 and he has a Master’s degree in economics and a Master’s degree in psychology and different international certifications and accreditations. He is an international master trainer and coach, an international trainer of coaches and trainer of trainers and he is an author of 5 books on communication and performance, one of them (Guerrilla time, more time in your life, more life in your time) published in the Guerrilla series of book, which sold internationally more than 23 millions of book.
Andrea is a senior hypnotherapist within the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) in UK, he is a licensed psychologist in Italy (Ordine degli Psicologi FVG), a sport psychologist and coach, and he is also the one NLP Trainer in the world certified by all the three NLP co-founders (Bandler, Grinder and Pucelik). He had been an assistant of Richard Bandler (NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainers Training), an assistant (in many seminars) and a co-trainer of John Grinder (International NLP Coaching Certification 2009, 2011 and 2014) and he is a co-trainer of Frank Pucelik in specific NLP programs (NLP Excellence for Business 2015, NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner 2016, NLP Trainers Training 2017; NLP Trainers Training 2019). In 2017 Andrea has been certified as NLP Master Trainer by Frank Pucelik, NLP co-founder, and Meta International, in the first group of Master Trainers ever certified by the first NLP Institute in the world.
Andrea has many other accreditations and certifications. Andrea is also a University visiting Professor in Unicusano University (in Rome) and a former University visiting Professor in University of Trieste.

Yulia finished Moscow State University as a Clinical Psychologist. Studied NLP with John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clair & Michael Carroll, Richard Bandler, Frank Pucelik, Judith DeLozier, Stephen Gilligan and Robert Dilts. Certified as a trainer of NLP in Classic Code and New Code.
Also learning and practicing many other different approaches: Gestalt Therapy, Hypnosis, Enneagram (SAT), Systemic Constellations, Creative Dance and Movement Therapy, Somatic Psychology. Very passioned about the Discipline of Authentic Movement.
Over last 10 years I am working with individuals and groups in therapy, coaching and training. I deliver NLP-training courses, guide self-developmental groups around different life topics and have a lot of one-to-one work related to trauma issues.
Personally, I trust that everything we think, feel and sense is important and makes sense and I welcome it. I believe that body, heart, mind and field are deeply connected together as a whole system.I perceive that change and healing happens in connection with others, in the space in-between.
My courses are very interactive and experiential, usually include a lot of movement and communication as it’s important for me not to tell and teach how something is working, but to create the space for people to explore themselves.
As a therapist I am known as warm and supportive and capable to gently approach and hold what feels difficult and vulnerable.
